Registration Fees:

  • The paid registration fee is non-refundable.

Participation Fees:

  • Cancellation is free of charge until October 31, 2025.
  • For cancellations from November 1, 2025, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellations after December 1, 2025, a 50% refund is offered upon presentation of a doctor-signed medical certificate, dated no later than December 25. This certificate must be submitted to Lundaspelen no later than December 26. Certificates submitted after this date will not be processed and do not entitle a refund.
  • No financial compensation will be given to teams that lose matches due to absent opponents, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
  • The refund policy applies regardless of whether the cancellation or absence is due to visa issues, delayed or canceled trains, flights, or ferries, strikes, lockouts, blockades, or similar events. The policy also applies in cases of earthquakes or other natural disasters.

October 15 – Last date for registration
November 1 – Last date for payment of all fees
December 10- Match schedule and which school or hotel you’ll stay at, will be released

December 26 – Arrival and opening ceremony. Check-in at schools and hotels from 3:00 PM
December 27 – Group stage begins
December 28 – Group stage ends
December 29 – A, B, and C playoffs, finals for B/G 9-10, and C-finals
December 30 – Check-out, finals for B/G 11-19, and departure!

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations that are not fully paid within the deadline.
